External Peer Review Program
In the External Peer Review Program of the AICPA, the Firm has consistently received unqualified opinions in the last five reviews (each review covering a 3-year period), attesting that our Firm has met the objectives of quality control standards established by the AICPA and had complied with them during the period under review to provide reasonable assurance of conforming with professional standards in the conduct of that practice.
A copy of the latest Peer Review Report on the Firm covering the fiscal year ended September 30, 2011 is included in our proposal. The report which expressed an unqualified opinion was dated March 19, 2012 and was accepted by the AICPA on May 31, 2012. Review reports presented below.
