RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERTISE
Jaena is the partner of Valles Vendiola LLP where her responsibilities also include finance, accounting, tax returns, marketing of the firm, and staff development. She has over fifteen years of experience in public accounting, internal auditing, and corporate controllership. Prior to the formation of the firm, she worked as a senior auditor of Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. (SGV, Ernst & Young Global), Lucas Tucker CPA, and American Express. She was the Chief Operating Officer and Controller of Weeplay Apparel. She has worked as Vice-President of C&P Homes (the largest real estate company listed on the Phil Stock Exchange).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERTISE
Gil has been the Managing Partner since July 2011. He has over 35 years of experience in public accounting, commerce, and industry, which has made him a well-rounded professional. He was formerly the audit manager at SGV & Co. (Ernst & Young Global), the chief financial officer of various manufacturing companies, the chief executive officer of a packaging company, and the chief operating officer of a commercial bank. He was also a professor of Finance and Operations Management at the Graduate School of Business of De La Salle University in Manila. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management and is a recipient of the Alumni Achievement Award in recognition of his exemplary performance in business.
