Who We Are

Valles Vendiola LLP was originally established in 1983 as a successor entity of Dadia & Company. In 2006, it was restructured to become a limited liability partnership under the laws of the State of New York. The resident partners acquired the firm, choosing to continue the business. We are duly registered with the New York State Education Department as a public accounting firm, listed in the New York City Controller’s Office Pre-Qualified List of CPA firms, and a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the Empire State Development.

External Peer Review Program

In the External Peer Review Program of the AICPA, the Firm has consistently received unqualified opinions in the last five reviews (each review covering a 3-year period), attesting that our Firm has met the objectives of quality control standards established by the AICPA and had complied with them during the period under review to provide reasonable assurance of conforming with professional standards in the conduct of that practice. A copy of the latest Peer Review Report on the Firm covering the fiscal year ended September 30, 2021, is included in our proposal. Valles Vendiola LLP was originally established in 1983 as a successor entity of Dadia & Company.

2006

In 2006, it was restructured to become a limited liability partnership under the laws of the State of New York. The resident partners acquired the firm, continue the business and changed its name to Valles Vendiola LLP. It was registered with the New York State Education Department as a public accounting firm, listed in the New York City Controller’s Office Pre-Qualified List of CPA firms, and a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the Empire State Development.

2024 WHERE WE ARE

Today, we are one of the largest Filipino-owned firm of certified public accountants in the eastern United States. Both partners and most of its staff have gained public accounting experience from Ernst & Young and other renowned accounting firms in the country. Our firm offers a unique combination of experience, vision, and management teamwork, providing a variety of services to closely held businesses and their principals. Our professionals have a strong background and have gained an in-depth understanding of all aspects of accounting, tax, and consulting.

The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) requires its member firms to undergo a peer review every three years. A peer review is a periodic external review of a firm’s quality control system in accounting and auditing and is also known as the AICPA’s practice monitoring program.
